💠 WSFA 7-Level Leadership Ranking System
※ Leaders and organizations appointed by invitation begin at the Gold Level (Level 3).
Level 1 – Bronze
: The entry-level stage for individuals who have shown interest in WSFA.
They begin by receiving information about WSFA’s vision and values and accessing introductory materials.
Level 2 – Silver
: A basic participation stage that includes receiving shared materials and taking part in small-scale activities.
This level reflects a willingness to engage and serves as preparation for future leadership roles.
Level 3 – Gold 🟡
: Officially appointed as a regional representative.
Must have completed basic WSFA training and participated in seminars or events.

Level 4 – Emerald 🟢
: A stage where the member actively operates a local chapter, expands membership, organizes regular events, and runs an independent training system.
This level represents practical implementation of WSFA’s philosophy in the community.
Level 5 – Sapphire 🔵
: Involvement in international cooperation projects, development of training content, and leadership in multicultural exchange activities.
Able to host joint seminars with overseas branches and strengthen international presence.
Level 6 – Ruby 🔴
: Operates at the national level as a WSFA country representative or senior committee member.
Granted authority in certification, evaluation, and leadership training. Responsible for implementing WSFA policies nationally.
Level 7 – Diamond 💎
: The highest leadership tier in WSFA.
Responsible for strategic advisement, international coordination, and executive decision-making.
Leads the global implementation of WSFA’s vision across continents and international headquarters.
